REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL
Email aliazizy@gmail.com with the subject “MoonTales account deletion request”. You do not need the app installed and you do not need to sign in to submit a request.
Send from your registered email address, or tell us the email address associated with the account. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password.
We aim to respond within one month and will confirm completion or explain any further information needed.
WHAT IS DELETED
Your account, child profiles, generated stories, favourites and associated audio are removed from our active app systems. Deletion cannot be undone. Limited legal, billing or security records may be retained for as long as needed; provider backups and technical logs may remain until their retention schedules expire. See our Privacy Policy for details.
DELETE IN THE APP
Open MoonTales → Settings → Account Details & Deletion → Delete Account, then confirm.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel through Google Play subscriptions or your Apple subscription settings. You may request deletion even if your subscription is still active.
DELETE SPECIFIC DATA
Remove individual stories from your library. For other data-deletion requests, email aliazizy@gmail.com and describe what you want removed.
